We offer a choice of three wood sauna doors.
A sauna door is one of the most important parts of a sauna, great care and attention is taken on each part of the manufacture of a Zoki sauna door.
They are constructed to withstand the heat variations in a sauna i.e. sometimes cold outside and hot inside.
The door subframe on our wood doors is constructed from four sections of selected white spruce which are put together with the grains going the opposite way to each other this helps prevent warping.
Our wood sauna doors have a thickness of 80mm, the thickest doors of any sauna company, this helps prevent heat loss associated with thinner type doors.
The panels on the doors are 20mm thick with 40mm of insulation, they are also secret nailed which prevents run lines of rust under each nailhead.
The wood doors are double rebated to stop draughts and the windows are double glazed to heip prevent heat loss.
The doors come with a frame which you would screw into your opening (please see our picture) you would then cover the join with either paneling or other materials.
For a 525mm wood sauna door with frame the outside measurements are 710mm wide x 1875mm high
For a 600mm wood sauna door with frame the outside measurements are 785mm wide x 1875mm high
You can choose either Classic Flat panels or Traditional Curved panels.

Our glass sauna doors are made out of toughened safety glass and they are finished off with beautiful polished chrome hinges, the handle is made out of obeche hardwood.
For a 525mm glass door with frame the outside measurements are 736mm wide x 1875mm high
For a 625mm glass door with frame the outside measurements are 836mm wide x 1875mm high
All our doors come with roller catches, handles and hinges.
You also have a choice of which side you want the door hinged.
