Very happy with sauna. Precision cut panels and easily constructed in a few hours by myself & 16 year old son. The sauna feels very solid and has fantastic insulation – much better than any other ‘home’ sauna I have seen or used.
Customer service is excellent, when I requested an extra length or corner scotia it arrived in 3 days.

“I bought a sauna from you for a client in France 2-3 years ago. Delighted with it and now considering buying one for myself. I have limited space, but the model 1E is fine for width and depth, but can’t see the height anywhere. Can you advise please (I have a maximum of 1900mm finished floor to ceiling). I also need to know the panel sizes for a self-build/kit sauna to check it can be taken upstairs via a 180 degree staircase. There is a back-up plan if not, but is it possible if necessary to reduce panel dimensions (i.e. and have more of them) to cater for this?”

“Hi,
I would like to let you know how delighted we are with the sauna delivered to us last week. We are still using it only with reduced temperature as advised, but can already feel how amazing it will be when we can increase temperature further.
I also want to mention how polite, tidy and efficient the two gentlemen who came over to install the sauna were. They did not want any coffee or tea, even when asked several times. They showed me how to use the stove and advised on anything else relevant once they had finished. Otherwise I barely knew there was anyone in the house.
Overall we are very happy with the product and the service, so thank you so much. I will be more than happy to recommend Zoki to my Finnish friends should they decide to get their own Sauna in the future.

“Hello everyone. Greetings from Denmark – land of saunas! Thank you so much for my beautiful new sauna… the lovely cosy escape…. I managed to finally relax in it at 10.15pm on Tuesday night, garden lights on,  sauna light off, and it was quite magical. I was able to squeeze in another session  on Thursday afternoon before I went away… now discovering that night times are definitely the best, deeply relaxing, followed by a great night’s sleep. I’m really enjoying the natural wood scent.
Jason and Rob were great; sauna beautifully put together and cleared everything up. I hope they didn’t get back too late – rotten luck.
