At Zoki we have a policy on how we deal with our customers, this is as follows;
We are proud of being a British sauna company who cares about its customers and what our customers think about us, we therefore try harder than any other company to achieve these policies.
We purposely do not have a flash Website with nice pictures etc that hides how the saunas are actually built, we try to make our Website as informative as possible on how we at Zoki build our saunas.
Most of the photos on our website are by our installers or our customers sending them in. Therefore, the pictures on the website are mostly genuine and not like set up in a photo studio and the quality may not be a 100% sharp etc so if you can bear this in mind when looking through our site.

Our opening times are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm.
We are closed on Public Holidays.
If you wish to make your own sauna we supply –
Finnish sauna heaters, glass or a choice of wood doors, Obeche benches ready made or the bench slats, lights with light shades, buckets, ladles and accessories.
Ceramic elements in polished stainless-steel surrounds, colour lights, sad syndrome lights, aromatherapy emitters, parts and accessories.
We also supply possibly the best sauna wood panels on the market, these are sourced from Scandinavian forests with not much rainfall so, the trees grow very slow giving a very close grain. The panels are 20mm thick with a 20mm tongue and groove section to allow for secret nailing.
